I instantly fell head over heels in love with this polka dot blouse from Forever 21! I've been seeing every fashionista /blogger girls wear the polka dot trend. & now I can say I've finally jumped on the bandwagon. Consider me part of the cool crowd. Haha.

It's actually not as bad as some of their products. I'm more surprised with the way their brand is growing and expanding. I think the quality isn't great, but definitely good enough to last awhile.
